Jones Professor of Neurology, Charlotte and Paul Hagemann Professor of Neurology, chairman of the Department of Neurology, and professor in the Molecular Biology and Pharmacology Department at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, as well as Neurologist-in-Chief at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
